ZANU PF’S HOLD ON POWER: A CRIMINAL ENTERPRISE THAT WON’T LET GO
The ZANU PF government is holding onto power through unlawful means. They rule with force, not by making decisions with the people. Instead of caring for the country’s welfare, they only focus on enriching themselves. This has led to a crippled nation, where the government fails to serve the needs of the people. The aim of ZANU PF is to turn Zimbabwe into a one-party state, where they remain in control as long as there are valuable natural resources to take.
The party does not care about the country’s security or the laws that are supposed to protect its people. They abuse the constitution and attack the rights of citizens to stay in power. The situation in Zimbabwe has become worse because ZANU PF’s leadership does not want to share power or allow other parties to have a say. Their focus is on taking from the country’s wealth without considering how much damage they are causing to the nation.
ZANU PF is a criminal organization that survives by ignoring the needs of the people. Their approach is driven by greed and a hunger for power. While the masses suffer from unemployment, hunger, and rising inflation, ZANU PF continues to enjoy the wealth of the country. The youth are turning to drugs and prostitution because there are no jobs or opportunities. The leadership feeds off the misery of the people and uses fear to keep themselves in control. They will not step down peacefully.
The army, police, and other security services help keep ZANU PF in power. These groups are not neutral; they are controlled by the party. They act as a shield for the leaders, using violence and intimidation against anyone who dares to oppose them. The courts, the electoral commission, and even the media are all tools in the hands of ZANU PF. These institutions are supposed to protect the people and ensure fairness, but instead, they help keep the party in control.
One of the reasons ZANU PF refuses to give up power is because of the valuable natural resources in the country. As long as there are gold, diamonds, and other minerals to take, the party will stay in power. They are focused on plundering the country’s resources without any thought of the future. The leadership knows that once the resources are gone, their power will weaken. But for now, they remain determined to hold onto their positions at all costs.
ZANU PF’s plan to establish a one-party state is doomed to fail. Their actions are destroying the country, and they are breaking the law in the process. But they do not care. They are focused only on their own wealth and are willing to harm the country to achieve this. The people are left to suffer while ZANU PF continues its destructive path. The constitution, which should protect the country, is ignored and abused by the government. This has led to a situation where the people’s rights are violated, and the law is broken without consequence.
The only way ZANU PF will leave power is when the natural resources are used up. Once there is nothing left to take, the leaders will flee. They will not stay to face the consequences of their actions. When the country’s resources are gone, they will leave behind the mess they have created. But even when they flee, they should be held accountable for the suffering they have caused. They will face justice in independent courts that follow the rule of law. Only then will the country have a chance to rebuild and heal from the damage caused by ZANU PF’s leadership.
Until then, the people of Zimbabwe will continue to live under a government that cares more about its own wealth than the well-being of the country. The road ahead will be difficult, but the people’s fight for justice and fairness must continue. ZANU PF’s grip on power cannot last forever.
